“ District Collector Ms. Priyanka IAS Visits Sri Kurumba Trust ”
On 30th July 2025, Palakkad District Collector Ms. Priyanka IAS visited Sri Kurumba Educational and Charitable Trust, inspiring students with a motivational session and commending the Trust’s holistic initiatives in education, housing, and social empowerment during her visit to The SOBHA Academy, SOBHA Icon, and the Community Home Project.
“ No-Dowry Social Wedding”
On 5th July 2025, the 30th phase of the SOBHA No-Dowry Social Wedding Program ceremoniously married 13 young women – raising the total to 710 weddings, blessed by Smt. Sobha Menon, Smt. Bindu Menon, and several dignitaries.
“ Tarang 2025 – Get-Together for employees and their Families”
The Sri Kurumba Educational and Charitable Trust’s staff and family get-together on 14th June 2025 at Sri Kurumba Auditorium, Moolamcode, inaugurated by ADGP Sri P. Vijayan IPS, featured cultural performances, a musical show by Atlee Beats, and concluded with a community dinner.
“GRIHASOBHA 2025 – Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of 120 homes”
The foundation stone for 120 homes under the SOBHA Community Home Project Phase III was laid on March 31, 2025, inaugurated by Dr. R. Bindu and launched by Sri K. Rajan, in the presence of dignitaries.
“SOBHA ACADEMY STEAMFEST 2025”
The SOBHA Academy hosted STEAMFEST 2025, a combined competition and exhibition showcasing diverse projects in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM).
“Griha Sobha”
Griha Sobha 2025 initiative, the Trust handed over 120 completed homes to women-led families in Palakkad district.

The Induction and Convocation Ceremony conducted on June 5, 2024, at SOBHA ICON was a vibrant celebration of academic excellence and tradition. The convocation was graced by ADGP P. Vijayan IPS.
